Delivery timeframes

Prints & reproductions

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Made-to-order on archival paper. Shipped from our partner press once printed and quality-checked.

Original artwork

Estimated delivery: 1–2 weeks

Originals are inspected, signed, and crated by hand. We confirm timing with you once the order is placed.

With installation coordination

Estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks

Includes scheduling with our installer, on-site delivery, hanging, leveling, and packaging removal.

Estimates start from the day your order is confirmed. We'll email an updated timeline if anything shifts.

Packaging

Prints

Shipped rolled in rigid kraft tubes with acid-free tissue inside. Smaller prints under 18" ship flat in rigid mailers with cardboard reinforcement on both sides.

Originals

Custom wooden crates with foam corners, glassine wrap, and moisture barriers. Insured in transit. Large originals are white-glove delivered.

Domestic (US)

  • · Standard ground — included on prints, flat fee on originals.
  • · Expedited 2-day — available at checkout for prints.
  • · White-glove delivery — standard for large originals and installs.
  • · Tracking emailed as soon as the carrier picks up.

International

  • · Worldwide shipping on prints via tracked courier.
  • · Originals shipped internationally on request — quoted per piece.
  • · Duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
  • · Transit time typically adds 5–10 business days.

Returns

Prints — 14 day returns

Not loving it on the wall? Send any print back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The piece needs to come back unframed and in its original tube. We cover return shipping inside the US.

Originals — case by case

Because originals are one-of-a-kind, returns are assessed individually. Reach out within 14 days and we'll work with you on the right outcome — exchange, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Damaged in transit? Email us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
